When Sukup Manufacturing Company introduced our first product, the stirring machine, we were surprised to learn how much difference there was in the drying rates of similar bins. It became very apparent that this difference was due to the make of the fan, even though they were often the same motor horsepower.
We knew that for your equipment to be successful, an excellent fan needed to be on the drying bin. So, we set out to design and build the best fan on the market. Today, Sukup fans have earned a reputation for giving the highest airflow, quality and reliability. Just ask our customers -- performance has made Sukup fans #1.

Extensive testing has produced a heater that burns with an intense blue flame, allowing complete, clean combustion. In fact, independent tests have shown that Sukup heaters burn within the highest efficiency range.
Star-fire burners provide
critical gas and air mixture for higher efficiency and even heat distribution.
Sukup heaters ignite
quickly, even at low pressures.
Three-year warranty on the
solid state circuit board.
Air straightening vanes
provide better heat distribution.
Available for use with
vapor propane, liquid propane (with vaporizer) or natural gas.
Two-way adjustments on the
vaporizer allow operation over a wider range of outside temperatures.
The exclusive Sukup
vaporizer high limit features manual reset, so you can tell if the vaporizer needs to be
adjusted.
Stainless steel flame
sensor is more reliable and will last longer than flame probes.
Thermostat, humidistat,
high-low thermostat or modulating valve available.

Sukup Centrifugal Downstream Heaters give up to 20% greater drying capacity than a conventional upstream heater placed on the fan inlet. By placing the heater downstream, between the fan and transition, air goes through the fan and then is heated. Because air expands as it's heated, this design gives increased drying capacity.
Special vanes obtain
the critical gas and air mixture necessary for efficient burning.
Extensive testing
has produced a heater that burns with an intense blue flame, allowing complete, clean
combustion at up to 6" of static pressure.
A large service door
allows easy access to the inner components of the heater.
The standard divided
control box separates gas and electrical components while protecting them from the
elements.
Sukup heaters
feature a solid state circuit board for simpler, more trouble-free operation.
Unique, separate
transformer produces an aggressive spark for reliable, easy ignition.
Stainless steel
flame sensor is more reliable and will last longer than a flame probe.
Sukup heaters have
more standard safety features than any other brand.
A coiled vaporizer
is available to burn liquid propane where more heat is required, such as in colder
climates.
Two-way adjustment
of the vaporizer allows for operation over a wider outside temperature range.
The exclusive Sukup
vaporizer high limit features manual reset, so you can tell if the vaporizer needs to be
readjusted.
Heater control
options include thermostat or humidistat, modulating valve or high-low thermostat.
