Alan F Washburn Co. Inc. began in 1976 in grain bin sales and construction. Most of our sales in the early years were to our neighbors. As the word spread about the quality of our products and workmanship our sales expanded to a larger area.
In 1990 we purchased a 5 acre facility in which started Washburn Farm & Home Supply. Washburn Farm & Home Supply is very diversified in its product lines. We have access to hundreds of thousands of product either from our regional warehouse or direct from the manufacturer. Our product departments include hydraulics, sprayer pumps & parts, hand tools, power tools, trailer parts, batteries, tons of grade 2, grade 5, & grade 8 bolts, and you name it!
Washburn Co. handles grain bin sales, all types of grain handling equipment, most all types of agricultural augers, as well as some industrial augers. With over 500 sizes of auger flighting on hand and over 150 sizes of pipe and tubing, we are able to build, rebuild, or supply parts for most augers. We rebuild augers for combines, grain carts, transports, mix wagons, silage unloaders, fertilizer trucks, manure systems etc.
